Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns that promote Nexora Fintec’s services and brand. This internship role is hybrid, with primary work based in Kozhikode and some flexibility for work from home. The position offers hands-on learning in digital marketing within a technology-focused environment, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Contribute ideas to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Track and analyze web and social media analytics.
• Prepare reports.
• Support optimization of digital channels such as websites, social platforms, and email campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to apply Digital Marketing and Online Marketing concepts across social media, web, and email channels.
• Familiarity with Social Media Marketing, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
• Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools and techniques.
• Strong Communication skills for clear writing, presenting ideas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in technology, IT services, or software solutions, with a willingness to learn about ERP and digital systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Kozhikode, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Basic skills in content creation, graphic tools, or marketing automation platforms are an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
