About the Role

We’re building CreatorPal, a platform that gives creators a Second Mind so their audience can get personalized guidance based on the creator’s knowledge and experience. The product is already built and validated through our work at PeakPals, and we’re now testing it with real creators and users. You’ll work directly with the founder across creator research and onboarding, social media, content, growth, partnerships, decks and execution, with real ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Founder's Office

• Research creators, markets, competitors, and opportunities
• Work on strategy, decks, growth, creator onboarding, and partnerships
• Turn ideas into execution and own projects end-to-end

Social Media

• Research trends, references, and content ideas
• Develop reels, carousels, hooks, and creative briefs
• Work across design, videography, distribution, and paid ads

• Gets things done without constant direction
• Highly curious, learns fast, and has strong creative taste
• Can research, think, execute, and take ownership
• Ability to figure things out and get things done
