About the Role
Zavi Labs is hiring a Growth Marketer to run growth for two products: Zavi (AI agents for B2B) and Upcar (a B2C app). This is a full-time, remote position based anywhere in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run Meta and Google ad campaigns, managing budgets against CAC/ROAS targets.
- Grow organic social and content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video.
- Improve SEO, AI search visibility, and app store listings (ASO).
- Run lifecycle and referral programs across email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
- Run weekly experiments, track metrics, and share learnings.
- Develop repeatable playbooks from successful initiatives, some of which may inform Zavi’s AI agents.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on growth or marketing experience: 0–2 years (side projects, freelance work, and college ventures are applicable).
- Proven ability to drive metrics such as followers, signups, installs, or sales.
- Comfort with data and daily use of AI tools.
- Aptitude for running numerous small experiments and iterating quickly.
- Ability to strategize for both business buyers and everyday consumers.
