About the Role
Proven Recruiting is seeking a Support and Installation Technician in Bellevue, WA. This role offers a mix of help desk troubleshooting, hardware support, and occasional field installations with opportunities for learning and career growth.
Compensation
$25-$35 per hour. Compensation is determined by skillset, experience level, and education. Actual pay may vary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, POS, printer, scanner, and networking-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, POS equipment, and other technology systems.
- Document service activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
- Escalate complex problems.
- Travel occasionally to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and support projects.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable troubleshooting Windows-based systems.
- Experience with computer hardware, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in help desk, technical support, field service, or related roles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Curious, persistent problem solver.
- Ability to follow documented procedures.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
