FT Merchandiser Sign on Bonus

About the Role

Our merchandisers are the heart and soul of Jacent. They're on the front lines in more than 18,500 stores placing just the right products, building displays, and working with store personnel.

Compensation & Schedule

• $20-$22 AN HOUR
• Daytime hours and a predictable schedule
• 40 HOURS PER WEEK

Sign-On Bonus

• New hires within eligible requisitions starting between 10/1-11/30 will receive a $2,950 sign-on bonus, payable in four installments.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivating relationships with in-store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Building retail displays
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks
• Implementing plan-o-grams

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable in changing environments
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
• Resides within 20 miles of Albuquerque, NM 87110

Qualifications

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
• Standing and walking 3-8 hours
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
