About the Role
Xiaolan Ma CPA Firm is a full-service public accounting firm seeking a talented individual to join their team. This is a full-time position with 1 available opening.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entries on individual and/or business tax returns.
- Handle bookkeeping and prepare payroll-related work.
- Conduct accounting and tax research.
- Undertake admin tasks, including sending invoices, filing, scanning, and mailing.
- Complete other assigned work for business clients.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Leander, Texas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or taxation.
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience in accounting or taxation.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with precision.
- Accountable and result-oriented individual who takes ownership of their work.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently is a plus.
