Field Canvassing Representative

About the Role

As a Territory Sales Representative with LeafFilter Gutter Protection, you will educate potential customers on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through a quick home inspection from the street, you will learn to identify potential homeowner challenges for which Leaf Home has the solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• Must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly motivated to sell, with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.

Compensation

• Target earnings: $55,000 to $100,000+
