Technical Mentor

About the Role

Innoknowvex Edutech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic mentors to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will clearly explain technical concepts, guide learners through hands-on projects, and help students and working professionals develop job-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Data Analytics based on the assigned course syllabus.
• Explain technical concepts using practical examples, demonstrations, and real-world use cases.
• Guide learners through hands-on exercises, assignments, mini-projects, and capstone projects.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, datasets, and learning resources.
• Assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes, project reviews, and feedback.
• Support learners in resolving technical doubts and understanding complex concepts.
• Incorporate relevant industry trends, tools, and best practices into training sessions.
• Conduct interactive sessions to enhance learners' technical knowledge and practical skills.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding session schedules, learner progress, and course delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners complete their courses successfully.

Technical Skills Required

AI & Machine Learning

• Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Model training, evaluation, and performance improvement.
• Familiarity with Python and relevant ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Data Science

• Python programming and data manipulation.
• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Statistical concepts and data-driven problem-solving.
• Experience with real-world datasets and practical projects.

Data Analytics

• SQL and database fundamentals.
• Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and data visualization.
• Data cleaning, reporting, KPI tracking, and business insights.

Additional Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners.
• Practical project experience and a learner-focused approach.
• Familiarity with current industry tools and applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience, training experience, or a portfolio of practical projects is preferred.
• Candidates with demonstrable technical expertise and strong mentoring abilities are encouraged to apply.
• Able to conduct engaging online or offline training sessions.
• Comfortable mentoring students, freshers, and working professionals.
• Capable of delivering both theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations.
