Technical Recruiter (Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Own requisitions end-to-end: sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing.
• Source candidates from platforms like GitHub, arXiv preprints, Apache mailing lists, niche Discord servers, conference speaker lists, or PhD scraping.
• Conduct structured interview coordination and lead candidate debriefs with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with lead recruiters on offer strategy and closing.
• Contribute to building recruiting systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, sourcing, or talent coordination (or demonstrable self-taught skills).
• A strong interest and commitment to growing in the recruiting field.
• A track record demonstrating investment in personal pursuits (e.g., clubs, side projects, sports, volunteering).
• Genuine curiosity about AI, hardware, or deep tech.
• Ability to move fast, problem-solve independently, and seek help when needed.
• Low ego and high drive, prioritizing outcomes over individual credit.
• Capability to engage in authentic conversations with technical individuals.
• Coachability, with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.

Compensation Range

$80K - $120K
