RO Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install and replace RO water purifiers at customer premises.
• Perform servicing, repair, and basic troubleshooting of RO systems.
• Diagnose issues related to water flow, filters, electrical components, leakage, etc.
• Visit assigned customer locations as per schedule.
• Complete a minimum of 8 orders per day.
• Ensure timely completion of installation and service tasks.
• Update service and installation status through the mobile app or reporting system.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure good customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must own a smartphone.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• 10th pass, 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Freshers with basic knowledge of RO installation/repair can apply.
• Candidates with experience in RO, water purifier, electrical, plumbing, appliance servicing, or related technician work are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
