Role Overview

Madhumitra is seeking a proactive and empathetic Communication Specialist Intern to support their overall communication activities. This is a remote, full-time internship.

The intern will support webinar coordination, patient communication, feedback collection, social media planning and execution, and overall communication strategy. Training will be provided for the role and necessary tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with Madhumitra's WhatsApp community.
• Plan and schedule social media content, including reels, stories, blogs, and other posts.
• Create basic social media posts and informational cards using Figma.
• Write scripts for social media reels and other short-form content.
• Help plan social media campaigns, content calendars, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate webinars, online sessions, and communication with participants.
• Support patient communication, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
• Assist in client engagement activities and coordinate with internal team members.
• Maintain professional, empathetic, and clear communication.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, soft-spoken, understanding, and motivating approach.
• High level of integrity and responsibility.
• Availability for a remote, full-time internship, 6 days a week.
• Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Basic knowledge of Google Meet, Zoom, or similar online meeting platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content planning.
• Willingness to learn tools such as Figma and social media scheduling software.
• Marathi communication skills will be a plus.
