Vedic Math Tutor

About the Role

EdifyChamps is an online education platform focused on delivering high-quality tutoring tailored to each learner’s needs. The Vedic Math Tutor will provide full-time remote online instruction, helping students understand and apply Vedic mathematics techniques to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver live virtual lessons.
• Create practice materials and assessments.
• Explain concepts in a clear, student-friendly manner.
• Track student progress.
• Provide regular feedback to learners and caregivers.
• Adjust teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Maintain session records.
• Coordinate schedules.
• Collaborate with the wider EdifyChamps team to ensure consistent quality of instruction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in Online Tutoring and Tutoring, including conducting engaging virtual lessons.
• Ability to use online teaching tools and learning platforms effectively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Reliability.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Mathematics and Algebra.
• Solid understanding of Vedic math techniques.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, supportive manner.
• Relevant teaching or tutoring experience with school-age students is highly beneficial.
• A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is preferred, along with a demonstrated interest in student-centered learning.
