Position: Steward & Captain

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Location: Jubilee hills, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service.
• Assist guests with menu information and special requests.
• Follow food safety standards and restaurant SOPs.
• Ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong teamwork and guest-service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome.
