About the Role
THE STRUTT STORE is looking for a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented female intern who enjoys communicating with people, solving problems, and learning how e-commerce operations work. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to details, and is excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Query Resolution

Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and the website.

Assist with order-related queries, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Follow up with customers and help resolve their concerns.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.

Logistics & Dispatch Management

Assist with daily order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners.

Track delayed deliveries, failed deliveries, and RTOs (Return to Origin).

Help manage NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) and follow up on pending shipments.

Customer Experience

Ensure a smooth customer experience through timely communication.

Handle customer feedback and reviews professionally.

Help identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain daily reports of customer queries, orders, dispatches, and returns.

Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with e-commerce, production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Good problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
