Labcorp is seeking an IT Operations Intern to join our IT Operations Instrument Configuration team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a 12-week paid internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the CLS Full Lab IT Audit, in support of the Indianapolis Lab move project.

About the Team

The IT Operations Instrument Configuration team is responsible for the deployment and onboarding of laboratory systems, PCs, and instrument controllers globally. The team collaborates with various departments including Cybersecurity, Networking, Architecture, Vendor Management, and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of laboratory technologies.

Internship Details

• Duration: 12 weeks, full-time
• Dates: May 24, 2027 - August 13, 2027
• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Business, or Life Science.
• Interest in chemistry, biology, or related lab sciences.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow laboratory procedures.
• Eagerness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts.
• Show initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision.
• Maintain professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• All current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
