Production trainee

About the Role

The Production Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the operational workflow and quality of PInterview’s online services. This includes assisting in the setup and coordination of production processes related to scheduling, organizing, and monitoring live mock interview sessions. The Production Associate will help oversee digital “production lines,” ensuring resources, tools, and sessions run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external interviewers.
• Track quality metrics.
• Escalate technical or operational issues as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Document procedures.
• Adapt to evolving platform features and production needs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Production assistance and coordination experience.
• Ability to support end-to-end production workflows.
• Familiarity with production lines or process-driven environments.
• Basic understanding of machine operation or digital tools.
• Comfort working with online platforms and cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of quality control practices.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to be easily adaptable in a fast-changing, remote environment.
• Ability to learn new tools and procedures quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in operations, production support, or online service delivery is beneficial.
• Further education in operations, business, or related fields is a plus.
