Frontend Developer

About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking a Frontend Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and experienced technology professionals interested in frontend development, web applications, user-interface development, responsive design, REST API integration, modern JavaScript frameworks, performance optimization, and software-development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications, user interfaces, dashboards, internal platforms, enterprise applications, and digital systems.
• Collaborate with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
• Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, and component-based development.
• Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, accessibility, and browser standards.
• Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business, technical, and design requirements and translate them into responsive, reliable, maintainable, accessible, secure, and user-friendly frontend solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new frontend frameworks, JavaScript technologies, APIs, testing tools, cloud platforms, design systems, and modern software-engineering practices.

Beneficial Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies.
• Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks.
• Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar package-management and frontend build tools.
• Basic understanding of DOM manipulation, browser developer tools, browser APIs, local storage, session storage, cookies, and client-side application behaviour.
• Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma, Vitest, unit testing, integration testing, or end-to-end testing.
• Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, image optimization, bundle optimization, Core Web Vitals, and application-performance concepts.
• Exposure to OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, frontend security, input validation, XSS prevention, and application-security concepts.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, responsive interfaces, and translating designs into functional web applications.
• Exposure to progressive web applications, single-page applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, dashboards, ERP, CRM, or enterprise web applications.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking.
