Role: Recovery Coach | Entry-Level Mental Health Aide
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served.
- Providing rehabilitation groups under supervision.
- Assisting in crisis intervention.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing, Program Director, or a designee.

About the Campus & Approach
- Utilizes recovery-based tools such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP).
- Fosters recreational activities to help clients reach personal goals.
- Provides resources for clients to reach personal dual recovery and spiritual goals.
Compensation
- Pay Range: $23 USD - $23 USD per hour
