About the Role
Jacobs is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join the Advanced Facilities - Specialized Manufacturing Team in Greenville, SC, or Pittsburgh, PA, for Summer 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on projects focused on power distribution (both high and low voltage), system planning, and lighting design.
- Provide design services under the guidance of professional engineers and senior technical staff.
- Coordinate with the design of other trades (architectural and engineering).
- Take ownership of the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of assigned work.
- Progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated and involved projects in conjunction with a technical team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Enrollment in a degree-seeking program for Electrical Engineering.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Experience with a hybrid working policy.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, basic rendering and publishing programs.
- Previous relevant internship experience.

The base salary range for this position is $47,300.00 to $65,000.00, paid hourly.
