About the Role
Continental Properties is seeking a Summer 2027 Human Resources Intern for their home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This internship offers exposure to various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, and Benefits.
Position Specifics:
- Full-Time during Summer 2027
- Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources team in managing the full employee life cycle.
- Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review.
- Post and close jobs in the Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and interviewers.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities.
- Support projects aimed at improving the candidate, employee, and internal team experience.
Qualifications
- Currently a college student enrolled in an Human Resources, Business, or related program.
