About the Role

Whera is a Goa-born stays marketplace and channel manager that helps hosts get more bookings and manage all their OTAs in one place. We are looking for a Sales & Customer Success Associate to join our team in Goa, starting immediately. Fresh graduates from Goa are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Call, message, and onboard hosts across Goa.
• Be the first point of contact for host and guest queries.
• Engage with hosts and travelers on Instagram every day.
• Stay on top of market trends and share ideas with the team.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy and quick to pick up new tools.
• Organized, eager to learn, and a team player.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support.
• Familiar with OTAs or the hospitality industry.
• Confident on calls, including cold calls.
• English and Hindi languages (Konkani is a plus).
