This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, requiring consistent in-person collaboration and presence at the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Assist with content creation.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Prepare basic reports using web and social analytics tools.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timelines are met.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends.
• Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing for planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Skills in Social Media Marketing to manage profiles, engage audiences, and support content initiatives.
• Skills in Web Analytics to track performance metrics and contribute to data-driven decisions.
• Strong Communication skills for clear coordination with team members and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Patna.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced agency environment.

Beneficial skills:

• Basic content creation.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and ad managers.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
