About the Role

The DESIGNATION ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE role at XpressBees is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitoring delivery timelines.
• Ensuring service quality standards are met.
• Working closely with local hub teams to manage documentation.
• Updating tracking systems.
• Resolving operational issues or customer queries in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize routes.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Supporting process improvements.
• Adhering to company policies, safety standards, and performance metrics.
• Contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics or supply chain operations, including shipment coordination and hub management.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and logistics management systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on accuracy in documentation and process execution.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajkot in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet operational deadlines.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent, with openness to relevant diplomas in logistics or supply chain.
