About the Role
This role involves lead generation through professional outreach, primarily via LinkedIn, to identify and engage potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a minimum of 5 active LinkedIn profiles for professional outreach.
- Identify and research relevant prospects, including founders, CEOs, C-level executives, directors, and senior decision-makers.
- Target professionals across relevant industries and priority international markets.
- Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and initiate conversations immediately after connections are accepted.
- Follow up with prospects within 48 hours and send a second follow-up within the next 24 hours, if applicable.
- Maintain consistent daily outreach activity and build a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Schedule a minimum of 70 qualified calls per month.
- Maintain accurate prospect records, outreach activities, and call schedules in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Monitor outreach performance, meet monthly targets, and coordinate with the team to improve results.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, professional networking, and online research.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify relevant business professionals and decision-makers.
- A proactive, consistent, and target-oriented approach to work.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets is an advantage.
