About the Role
LAPAK and Dormly are seeking an On-Camera Content Creator to be the face of their videos. This is a crucial role as your content will be the first point of contact with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform given scripts naturally on camera, including informative videos, relatable skits, and ad-style Reels/Shorts.
- Plan and record indoor/outdoor shoots in Indore, ensuring proper framing, lighting, and clear audio.
- Record screen sessions and provide voiceovers for app demos.
- Collaborate with the writer to improve dialogues and scenes, and perform retakes based on feedback.
- Hand over footage to the editor for final editing.
- Post/schedule approved videos on company pages and monitor comments and direct messages.
- Provide a weekly brief update on reach, watch time, and engagement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Public Instagram/YouTube videos where you speak or perform on camera.
- Ability to speak Hindi/Hinglish confidently and naturally on camera.
- Basic understanding of shooting with a phone, including framing, lighting, and audio.
- Proficiency in phone shooting.
Qualifications
- Diploma or course in Mass Communication, Acting, Film-making, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a strong portfolio without a formal degree.
- Freshers are welcome.
Location: Indore office, on-site (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM). Priority will be given to candidates from Indore. Candidates from Madhya Pradesh can apply. Relocation to Indore for on-site work is required for applicants from outside the state, at the stated package.
