Services Support Associate II

About the Role

This role involves auditing expenses for practitioners of Deloitte U.S. Firms to ensure compliance with the Deloitte U.S. Firm’s Expense and Reimbursement policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of U.S. Firm’s Expense and Reimbursement Policies (APRs).
• Gain a greater understanding of the end-to-end business and work independently.
• Identify instances of non-compliance, spending patterns, unusual data trends, and potential fraud/abuse.
• Research discrepancies identified during audits and determine appropriate courses of action.
• Communicate findings effectively with employees and PPD's and bring open issues to closure.
• Follow up on review and analysis results, develop draft reports as needed, and make recommendations for improving policy and/or procedure.
• Prioritize time-based tasks and continuously strive to improve review processes for efficient coverage.
• Interact with Team Leads and Managers to resolve highly confidential or sensitive issues.
• Own and deliver responsibilities with quality and within required timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in Commerce.
• Experience in SAP BW, DTE (EQT), SAP/HR, firm financial systems, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated flexibility in changing processes and procedures to meet team goals and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Experience in audit will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and analytical ability.
• High Integrity to handle sensitive and confidential data.
