About the Role
- Learning and Development Intern position at Deloitte Shared Services India.
- Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and manage learning course data, ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates for stakeholders.
- Coordinate the creation, deployment, and communication of learning programs and courses across stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate end-to-end delivery of live training sessions, including planning, execution, and participant support.
- Prepare and maintain periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide actionable insights and monitor learning performance.
- Drive learning compliance by educating stakeholders on mandatory learning requirements and promoting timely course completion.
