About the Role

SMGK DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is a construction and real estate development company based in Maharashtra, India, with active projects in and around Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive Fresher role based in Mumbai. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, explaining project features, pricing, and offers, and responding to inquiries. The position is designed for individuals starting their career in sales, with training and guidance provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers at project sites and through outbound calls.
• Explain project features, pricing, and offers.
• Respond to inquiries promptly.
• Support senior sales staff in organizing site visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for updated project information.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
• Update the customer database.
• Follow up on leads.
• Assist in preparing basic sales documentation.
• Participate in sales events or promotional activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• On-site work in Mumbai.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
• Adapt to field-based activities.
• Be available on weekends or peak business days as required.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead-tracking tools (training can be provided).

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and local language proficiency.
• Customer service and relationship-building abilities, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills or a strong interest in developing them within the real estate sector.
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to maintain records, follow up on leads, and handle multiple inquiries.
• A learning mindset, integrity, and a genuine interest in the construction and real estate industry are highly valued.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field are beneficial but not mandatory for motivated freshers.
