About the Role
Blackmont Consulting is looking for motivated and ambitious students or recent graduates to join our team as Business Consultant Interns. This is a remote, voluntary internship designed to provide practical exposure to consulting, business research, strategic problem-solving, and client-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
- Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative information.
- Identify business challenges and develop structured recommendations.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and client deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with other consultants on consulting projects.
- Contribute ideas during team discussions and problem-solving sessions.
- Apply consulting frameworks and research methods to real-world business situations.
- Communicate professionally with team members and project leaders.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Work arrangement: Remote
- Internship type: Voluntary / Unpaid
- Time commitment: Approximately 10 hours per week
- Minimum commitment: 3 months
- Selected candidates are required to complete Blackmont Consulting membership registration (currently £25 membership payment).
Qualifications
- Students or recent graduates from Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, International Business or related fields.
- Strong interest in consulting and business strategy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
