About the Role

MO Designs is seeking a creative and skilled Textile Designer to join our design team. The role involves working closely with the sampling, merchandising, and production teams to develop new textile collections that match our brand's premium aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Create unique and trend-driven fabric designs, embroidery patterns, and surface textures for home décor products.
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts for collections.
• Work on print development, fabric sampling, and embroidery detailing.
• Coordinate with the sampling and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Maintain a library of designs, swatches, and artwork.
• Research current market trends, fabrics, and techniques in luxury home furnishings.
• Ensure quality and consistency in all design outputs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, weaving, printing, and finishing techniques.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
