Entry Level Account Manager / Recruiter

About the Role

Apollo Technical is seeking an Entry-Level Account Manager & Recruiter to offer staffing services to hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies and small to midsize corporations. This is a full-time, inside sales role focused on developing business relationships within the Engineering and Information Technology fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Present staffing services as a resource to managers in hiring positions.
• Develop business relationships with hiring managers.
• Create business partnerships between Apollo Technical and companies in assigned territories.
• Expand a client base through phone sales and networking with new hiring managers.
• Properly identify client companies' hiring managers/decision makers through phone networking and research.
• Understand client companies' needs and urgency to fill open positions.
• Aggressively pursue new clients and new business opportunities.
• Effectively negotiate between technical personnel and hiring managers via phone and email.
• Continually develop and expand the national candidate database.
• Utilize recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for Engineering & IT positions.
• Strategically source candidates using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, the internal database, and other resources.

Qualifications

• Customer Service / Sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelors degree is a plus but not required.
• 1-2 years of prior sales or customer service experience is ideal for this entry-level position.
