Content Writer

About the Role

The Content Writer will be responsible for planning, writing, and editing clear, accurate, and engaging content related to immigration services, visa categories, and resettlement processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching immigration policies and procedures.
• Creating web pages, blogs, FAQs, and informational guides.
• Ensuring all content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with consultants and subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Optimizing content for search engines.
• Updating existing material based on changing regulations.
• Maintaining an organized content calendar.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to create clear, informative, and client-focused online materials.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Solid Research skills to interpret immigration guidelines, policies, and procedures and convert them into user-friendly content.
• Attention to detail with excellent Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Prior experience in legal, immigration, or professional services content is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content management systems is preferred.
