As a registered nurse at Levine Children's Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to children and families. The pediatric OR team supports a full range of surgical specialties.
About This Location
Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) is the flagship hospital of Atrium Health, distinguished for its excellent patient care and medical expertise. CMC serves as the region’s only Level 1 Trauma center, is Magnet-designated, and an approved transplant center. It also serves as one of North Carolina’s five Academic Medical Center Teaching Hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skill communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Schedule Details/Additional Information
- Full time
- 36 Hours Per Week
- 3, 12-hour day shifts per week
- Holiday rotation
- Weekend rotation
- Periop Residency for New Grads
Compensation
- Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30
- Compensation based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
- Premium pay for shift, on call, etc.
- Incentive pay for select positions.
- Opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
