About the Role

As an Assistant in Occupational Therapy at 2CooM, you will support occupational therapists in planning and executing therapeutic interventions in an outpatient and potentially home-based setting. This is a full-time position, located on-site in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of materials for therapy sessions.
• Accompanying patients in individual and group sessions.
• Documenting treatment progress as per guidelines.
• Assisting in the organization of therapy workflows.
• Coordinating appointments.
• Supporting the development of simple exercise programs for various target groups.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation: Basic knowledge in occupational therapy and rehabilitation to professionally support therapeutic measures.
• Patient Care and Home Visits: Competencies in direct patient care, and experience or openness to home care assignments are desirable.
• Program and Offering Development: Ability to contribute to the development and adaptation of therapy programs and support creative, everyday-based exercise offerings.
• Social Competence and Communication:
• Strong empathy, intercultural sensitivity, clear communication, and enjoyment of working with people of all age groups.
• Organizational Skills and Documentation:
• Structured way of working, reliability, basic IT skills, and careful documentation abilities.
• Advantageous qualifications include:
• Relevant education (e.g., as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or in the therapeutic/medical field).
• English language skills.
• Teamwork ability.
• Willingness for continuous professional development.
