About the Role
The Founder’s Office Intern (Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The intern will support the founder in shaping and executing the firm’s digital presence and brand narrative across channels such as LinkedIn, email, and the company website. This role offers exposure to strategic decision-making in a high-impact advisory environment and requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with content creation.
- Manage social media calendars.
- Research market and industry trends.
- Help design and track digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to brand positioning projects.
- Support preparation of pitch decks and thought-leadership materials.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in digital marketing campaign execution.
- Skills in social media management.
- Skills in basic performance tracking/analytics.
- Skills in brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling for professional services or financial advisory brands.
- Skills in content writing, copywriting, and editing for web, social media, and presentations.
- Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and organizing insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Skills in using common digital tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace, presentation tools, and social media publishing platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfort with business and finance terminology is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to collaborate directly with the founder and small teams.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship experience in digital marketing or branding is an advantage.
