About the Role
MoreTasks is seeking a Recruitment Specialist with experience in core hiring who has successfully closed roles across IT and Non-IT functions. This is not a coordination role; the ideal candidate will bring a sharp sourcing strategy, own the full lifecycle, and treat every hire with ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and joining follow-up.
- Hire for IT roles (developers, DevOps, data, QA) and Non-IT roles (sales, product, HR, operations, mid-management).
- Build role-wise hiring strategies including sourcing mix, timelines, talent pipelines, and salary benchmarking.
- Source via Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and Boolean/X-ray search.
- Track metrics: time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio; share hiring dashboards.
