About ReplyDost

ReplyDost is a growth operating system for multi-branch businesses across India. It helps teams manage Google reviews, customer feedback, and marketing from a single dashboard. The platform provides AI replies to reviews in any language, branch-wise ratings and response metrics, and profile health scores. It also offers feedback QR codes, AI-created marketing content, digital menus with QR ordering, and GST billing. ReplyDost serves restaurants, cafes, salons, clinics, gyms, hotels, and retail chains, with affordable plans and a free trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Research multi-branch brands and build prospect and outreach lists
• Reach out to founders and operations heads on LinkedIn and WhatsApp
• Follow up on leads and book product demos
• Document customer feedback and share it with the product team
• Help create LinkedIn posts and short videos
• Keep simple weekly performance reports in a spreadsheet

Qualifications

• Studying or have recently finished a degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field (or have equivalent practical experience)
• Communicate clearly in English; Hindi is a plus
• Comfortable messaging business owners and handling customer queries
• Basic skills with spreadsheets or a CRM
• Ability to commit 4-5 hours a day
• Curiosity about SaaS, digital marketing or startups; earlier internships in growth or operations are a plus
