About the Role
EX Epic Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to work on real products, systems, and technical problems. You will support the development of software across their portfolio companies, including web applications, backend services, APIs, internal platforms, and engineering tools. This is a hands-on internship where you will contribute directly to software supporting active companies and operational teams. Depending on your project, you may be involved in the full feature lifecycle from idea to production.
Key Responsibilities
Your work may include:
- Developing backend services, APIs, and application features
- Connecting applications to databases and external services
- Building internal tools and working on web applications
- Debugging issues, improving performance, and maintaining reliability
- Testing new functionality and supporting production deployments
- Contributing to architecture decisions and working across technical teams

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Practical programming experience through university projects, internships, or previous employment
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, C++, APIs, databases, and Git
- Understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, and software development practices
- Ability to join the team fully on-site in Bali for approximately 4–6 months
You do not need experience with every technology listed; strong fundamentals, practical experience, curiosity, and the ability to learn are prioritized.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Internship Setup
- Duration: 4–6 months
- Location: Canggu, Bali, Indonesia (Fully on-site)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour lunch break)
- Compensation: Unpaid internship
