About the Role

The Account Specialist at Fitspire – Health | Wellness is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place. This role involves managing customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels. The Account Specialist will monitor account activity, handle billing and finance-related queries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction.

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial record maintenance.
• Handle vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Monitor daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and operational accounting reports.
• Coordinate GST data preparation, TDS deductions, compliance records, and audit support.
• Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and employee/vendor settlement processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, payment closures, and financial tracking.
• Support monthly closing activities and maintain accounting accuracy.
• Assist management with budgeting support, expense analysis, and financial coordination.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting processes and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain E-Commerce financial records and marketplace reconciliations.
