About the Role
- Support the development, testing, verification, and maintenance of software and digital systems used throughout the nuclear industry.
- Report to the department manager.
- Location: Rock Hill, SC or Columbia, SC facility.
- This is a paid full-time hybrid or onsite position for the summer, May - August 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test software applications and tools.
- Support system integration and verification activities.
- Help code, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in software validation and testing efforts.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Support cybersecurity and secure coding projects.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Completed Sophomore year of college.
- Experience with programming concepts.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle principles.
- This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
