About the Role

EY is seeking consultants for its cyber security team to work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for global customers. The role involves reporting identified risks, sharing issues and updates with leadership, and ensuring work quality adheres to EY's standards. As an influential team member, you will foster a positive learning culture, coach junior members, and contribute to the execution of an IAM roadmap that includes secrets management, machine identity management, and access policy definition.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect IGA solutions using Saviynt.
• Drive IGA projects including project management, team management, and client management.
• Implement at least one complete IAM SDLC engagement, covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Engineer, develop, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using the Saviynt IGA tool.
• Develop and build new application integration, account, and entitlement connectors within the Saviynt Platform.
• Perform periodic certification reviews in the Saviynt Platform.
• Experience in the development phase for Saviynt components: Build Warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, and Segregation of Duties.
• Configure workflows in the Saviynt IGA tool, including birthright rules for user onboarding.
• Create XML jobs in the Saviynt IGA tool.
• Experience in the implementation process, build, and deployment within the Saviynt process.
• Report any identified risks within engagements.
• Share issues and updates with leadership/management on a timely basis.
• Confirm that work is of the highest quality as per EY's quality standards.
• Help to create a positive learning culture.
• Coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

Qualifications
