Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and online advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with web and marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of key performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Basic understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, campaign performance, and A/B testing.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for research, content ideation, campaign planning, analysis, and productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven marketing.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be currently based in India.
