About the Role

Frazier & Deeter is seeking new talent for our Fall 2027 Assurance Associate positions. This role offers the opportunity to apply accounting education to real client work within a fast-paced public accounting environment that emphasizes teamwork, relationship building, and individualized support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with seniors and managers on diverse client engagements across various industries.
• Gain testing experience in audit areas, including planning procedures, balance sheet and income statement testing, and reporting procedures.
• Contribute to ad-hoc departmental projects.
• Communicate daily with team members and clients.
• Travel to client sites and actively contribute to engagement teams.
• Build relationships with team members and clients.
• Review feedback with seniors and managers to improve work quality.
• Network with Frazier & Deeter team members at firm social events.
• Develop a career path with a performance manager and seek guidance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting.
• Graduate degree in Accounting preferred.
• Must have 150 credit hours to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites with reliable transportation, if needed.
