About the Role

This role involves preparing financial forecasts, leadership presentations, and board meeting materials for Crisil Integral IQ. You will also be responsible for expense analysis, performance measurement, and supporting annual planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts for various verticals within Crisil Integral IQ.
• Support the preparation of monthly leadership presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly board meetings and related deliverables.
• Prepare various reports and submissions for the CEO office.
• Support the annual planning process for the Crisil Integral IQ business.
• Analyze trends based on monthly expense reports and lead expense optimization/allocation efforts.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify differences between forecast and actual results and suggest corrective actions.
• Calculate and/or report various performance measurements, such as GM% by projects.
• Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPI) for various verticals and build insightful management reports.
• Be part of key projects focused on planning or implementing strategic initiatives, ensuring effective monitoring and progress.
• Work in partnership with practice heads and key stakeholders across geographies, providing active business support in forecasting and delivering insightful information to drive actions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience working on financials in a multi-currency environment.
• Understanding of forex movement and its impact on financials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex messages into easy-to-understand forms.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to take administrative decisions.
• Ability to multi-task and efficiently work under tight timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with the leadership team.
