  • Help prepare structural and collateral term sheets, prospectus supplements, and other CMBS offering documents.
  • Coordinate the tracking of securitization documentation while working with accountants and legal counsel to ensure compliance with company lending practices, the accuracy and completeness of information, and the finalization of CMBS offering materials.
  • Provide analytical support to the securitization team and be accountable for the aggregation, accuracy, and reporting of data used for the securitization of commercial mortgage loans.
  • Prepare data tapes and various mortgage loan schedules used by CMBS investors and nationally recognized statistical rating organizations (“NRSROs”).
  • Respond to CMBS investor and NRSRO queries.
  • Manage and maintain transaction data rooms containing due diligence files used by CMBS investors, NRSROs, accountants, legal counsel, and investment banking teams.
