Role: Senior Process Associate - Order Management
Location: Bengaluru (ITPL, Whitefield)
Work Mode: 5 days work from office
Shift: US Shifts (Night)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Ethernet-related orders.
- Understand the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, including order validation, processing, tracking, and closure.
- Manage assigned orders within timelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management from a Telecom project is mandatory.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
