About the Role

Prilient Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer & Video Editor in Jaipur. This is a junior-level role for early-career designers to grow skills in graphic design, video editing, and motion content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs across digital and print media, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Handle multiple client projects and manage deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with senior designers to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Design graphics, layouts, and visual content.
• Edit and produce video/motion content (reels, ads, promos) from raw footage to final export.
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, and visual style.
• Take ownership of design quality and creative problem-solving.
• Design marketing collaterals such as social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and branding material.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Take and incorporate feedback from seniors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized design files and version control.
• Ensure final outputs are optimized for the intended platform (web, print, social media, etc.).

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Knowledge of visual communication, color theory, typography, and design concepts.
• Hands-on experience in video editing and basic motion graphics/animation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work well under deadline pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset and creative thinking.
• Solid understanding of design rules, with the creativity to adapt them.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design range and video/motion work.
• Good communication skills to understand and translate client briefs.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow with the team.
