About the Role

CreatorPal is building a new way for people to interact with creators, turning a creator’s knowledge, experience, and way of thinking into a "Second Mind" their audience can interact with for personalized advice, recommendations, and more. We are looking for an unusually driven person to help take this from an early product to something people genuinely use and pay for.

Key Responsibilities

• Get creators onboarded and help turn them into active partners.
• Build and test growth channels across creator partnerships, outbound, content, and distribution.
• Figure out what gets users to try CreatorPal, return to it, and spend through it.
• Run experiments, speak to users, analyze what works, and turn learnings into execution.
• Work directly with the founder on the decisions that shape our growth.

Qualifications

• Curious about the internet, creators, AI, and consumer behavior.
• Ability to figure things out instead of waiting for instructions.
• Ability to move quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership beyond a job description.
• Focus on how you think, what you’ve built, how quickly you learn, and what you can make happen.

Location: San Francisco or India

Compensation: Flexible for the right person.
