About the Role
BeaconFire is seeking self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills to join our team in Central NJ. You will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and operating integrations, reporting pipelines, and data transformation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the analytics team to identify reliable data solutions that meet business needs.
- Design and implement scalable ETL or ELT processes to support business data demands.
- Perform data extraction, manipulation, and production from database tables.
- Build utilities, user-defined functions, and frameworks to enhance data flow patterns.
- Build and integrate automated unit tests; participate in integration testing.
- Work with teams to resolve operational and performance issues.
- Partner with architecture/engineering leads and other teams to ensure quality solutions and adherence to engineering best practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Intermediate Python
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
- Experience in data processing is a plus (Numpy, Pandas)
Qualifications
- Passion for data and a strong desire to learn.
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Data Analytics/Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compensation: $62,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
