About the Role
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time PCAs and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Richmond, VA and surrounding communities. We offer free Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification training for individuals not yet certified.
Key Responsibilities
- Help with daily routines including medication reminders, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals during shifts
- Maintain client's space to be clean and comfortable
- Report any client changes to the office
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not provided)
- Two professional references
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable attitude
Qualifications
- Free Personal Care Aide certification training provided
- Flexible schedules available (days, nights, or weekends)
